Water butts

I thought I'd share this information with you about water butts. I recently found a source of plastic barrels which make excellent water butts. They used to hold onions in. Sheffield Foods on Carlisle Street are happy to let them go at £3 each, but a deal could be struck if quite a few are wanted. It would just need a van to pick them up in.

Wild flowers

Naturescape supplied the wildflowers which we have planted in the lanes and went out of their way to give us a good service.

Jamieson Brothers of Annan are seed potato specialists established in 1895.
They have a huge range of over 70 varieties of potatoes to purchase from their new online shop. You can buy individual tubers, 15 tuber packs or 2.5kg packs.
They also supply allotment and garden societies with highest quality potatoes at discounted prices.
